Refund Policy for Perishable Goods (Biltong)

At Icon Biltong, we take pride in delivering quality meat. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund process.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled prior to being processed or shipped. Once orders have been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds

• Refunds are only eligible within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and the same condition as when dispatched.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must return the product to 190 Cullinan Way, Derdepoort, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0035.
• Refunds are subject to approval by our team, who will assess the returned product's condition.
• The decision to permit a refund is at the discretion of Icon Biltong.
